Gabriel Mantelli

Executive Director
Gabriel is a lawyer with a bachelor's degree in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP), a master's degree in Law and Development from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV) with a research exchange at Kent University, and a doctorate in Philosophy and General Theory of Law from the University of São Paulo (USP). His professional career includes working as a legal advisor and consultant at Conectas Human Rights. He is currently a senior lawyer at Hotta Advocacia and is the coordinator of LACLIMA's Climate Justice WG.

Anna Maria Cárcamo

Research and Engagement Director
Anna holds a bachelor's degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) and a master's degree in Environmental Management from Yale University, with experience in environmental and climate law and public policy.

She is an associate lawyer at Hotta Advocacia and a member of LACLIMA. Her background includes experience in various civil society and international organizations, including the secretariat of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).

Isabela Bicalho

Legal Analyst
Isabela is a lawyer, a master's student in Public International Law at the University of São Paulo (USP), a law graduate from the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU) and a legal assistant at Hotta Advocacia.
